Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, payment for services is due in full upon invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges and/or service suspension until the account is brought current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ekrem.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

While Ekrem.ai makes every effort to deliver impactful, high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance metrics, or business results. Results depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including client implementation, market conditions, and external data sources.

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice, subject to any terms specified in a separate contract or agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for all fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.
